We accept order cancellations before shipment or production, with a full refund. No cancellations once the product is shipped.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with a receipt/proof of purchase. Do not send to the manufacturer. Customers bear shipping costs (including returns) at most once; no restocking fees.

We’ll email you upon receiving and inspecting returned items, notifying you of refund approval/rejection. Approved refunds will be auto-credited to your credit card/original payment method within a certain number of working days.

If no refund is received, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card issuer and bank (refunds may take time to post). Contact us if the issue persists.
